Halcyon Days
1975. Peninsula, Ohio.
I painted in the basement
of my house. I used air
brush to create very
large-scale paintings. That
is one behind me of a
chocolate cake, 5 feet on
a side. My brother now
owns it. The Cake. |

Our new gallery is hot!
The space is terrific for
a club gallery. This pic
only shows a portion of
our exhibition hall. It is
located at 178 S. Wash-
ington St., Tiffin, OH. I
want to thank the many
volunteers, vendors and
contributors who made
the move and remodel
possible! |

MY HELPERS in the
studio are Hobbes Fattytail
(the ginger one) and
Satchel, the gray. When I
am working up there, the
cats are always present. |

I am currently painting a
canvas of carousel horses
which will either be
auctioned or raffled at our
Tiffin Art Guild's fund-
raising auction on Sunday,
Sept. 19th, at the Tiffin
Heritage Festival. The chair
and the trash can above
were auctioned in prior
years at the event. |
A recent painting -
Pacific Grove Copse 2010
36 inches wide by 24 high.
I painted this same group
of Monterey Cypress in
1981 but lost the work in
a divorce. So I did a newer
and better version!
